Refund Policy

At Looply Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the conditions below.

Timeframes
• Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from delivery.
• Manufacturing defects: up to 30 calendar days from delivery.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, cracks, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or a video of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered misuse.

Return Conditions
The product must show no signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been modified or altered.

Once the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, the customer may choose to:
• Exchange it for another product available in stock, or
• Receive a refund for the value of the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product received matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a video of up to 1 minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked screen, scratches, dents)
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Misuse of accessories
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery degradation, etc.)
• Non-recommended resistance tests (impacts, water exposure, excessive pressure)
